If you have already activated your voucher, but you don't have access to the full catalog and features, it's probably because you logged in with another account. Disconnect and then reconnect using the email linked to your subscription.
If you no longer remember the email used when activating your code, look for emails from email@example.com in your various mailboxes; otherwise, contact us mentioning your problem and your voucher.
